ABOUT ME

Originally from New Caledonia and being born half Australian, I did my studies in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering in UNSW Sydney. Extraordinary encounters led me to the shipyard MULTIPLAST for few months where, as a prototype, I worked on the decks of racing boats Volvo 65.

Once I graduated I went to Bangladesh for five months where I led the beginning of a research project in which the NGO WATEVER asked me to develop a bamboo plyboard that would be marine certified. This new strong plyboard to replace the expensive wood that makes up most of developing countries fleets, which are destroyed almost every year in storms.

Then, before I started my two years master degree in Immersive Design in STRATE College, I spent eight most rewarding months in VPLP design office in Paris where I mostly did 3D modeling and buoyancy tests on various yachts models. That internship made me realize the potential that resides in 3D technologies.

Studying Immersive Design in STRATE College made me understand the tools and the efforts that are required to create an immersive experience as much as it taught me the UX design methodology around a concept. We were trained to find new ways to use 360° video, AR, VR and 3D technologies for the companies that want offer a new vision of their products to their clients. Therefore, I feel particularly capable to advise or manage teams that want to work immersive projects or immersive advertising campaigns.
